ABOUT SIBA.
WHO WE ARE.
The Southwestern Indiana Builders Association is a non-profit organization established in 1948 to bring competing builders and suppliers in Vanderburgh, Warrick and Posey counties together to strengthen and protect the Southwestern Indiana housing industry.
Hundreds of members represent every facet of the home building industry. Our Builder members consist of residential contractors, remodelers and developers, while our Associate members represent companies that provide products and/or services for the home building industry.
SIBA is affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the Indiana Builders Association (IBA).
WE RAISE & MAINTAIN QUALITY STANDARDS.
SIBA works to raise and maintain quality standards, ensure ethical building practices, and strengthen positive relationships between builders and the consumers they serve. We achieve this by focusing on the following activities.
